Bank Indonesia (BI) memproyeksikan secara keseluruhan ekonomi Indonesia pada 2024 tetap tumbuh baik dan berada dalam kisaran sasaran 4,7-5,5 persen, dan meningkat pada 2025.

 

“Ekonomi Indonesia tetap tumbuh baik dan perlu terus didorong agar lebih tinggi,” kata Gubernur Perry Warjiyo dalam konferensi pers Hasil Rapat Dewan Gubernur (RDG) BI Oktober 2024 di Jakarta, Rabu.

 

Ke depan, lanjut Perry, berbagai upaya perlu terus ditempuh untuk mendorong pertumbuhan, baik dari sisi permintaan maupun dari sisi penawaran.

 

Untuk itu, Bank Indonesia memperkuat bauran kebijakan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi agar lebih tinggi, bersinergi erat dengan kebijakan stimulus fiskal pemerintah.

 

Dari sisi penawaran, kebijakan reformasi struktural perlu terus diperkuat untuk mendorong sektor ekonomi yang dapat menyerap tenaga kerja. Upaya tersebut didukung dengan optimalisasi stimulus kebijakan makroprudensial dan akselerasi digitalisasi transaksi pembayaran yang ditempuh BI.

 

Perry menuturkan pertumbuhan ekonomi triwulan III-2024 didukung oleh permintaan domestik. Investasi tetap kuat, khususnya investasi bangunan sejalan dengan penyelesaian berbagai Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN).

Konsumsi rumah tangga, khususnya kelas menengah ke atas, tetap terjaga. Ekspor nonmigas tumbuh positif di tengah perlambatan ekonomi global dan penurunan harga komoditas.

 

Dari sisi lapangan usaha (LU), pertumbuhan ditopang oleh industri pengolahan, konstruksi, dan perdagangan besar dan eceran. Secara spasial, kinerja ekonomi terjaga di seluruh wilayah.

 

Pada triwulan IV-2024, pertumbuhan ekonomi diprakirakan tetap baik ditopang terutama oleh kenaikan investasi dan baiknya konsumsi rumah tangga, serta peningkatan belanja pemerintah pada akhir tahun.
